Since the Mini Mart vending system allows for the placement of numerous different food and drink items, different price structures are necessary. Consequently the anticipated price structure for conventional snacks( chips/crackers ) $1-$2 and some bars from $2-$3. Food items would be market price based on the type selected by the client. 

Standard snack and drink vending machines are placed at no charge with a length of service contract being one year with a mutual termination agreement requiring 60 day notice. 

Due to the significant financial expenditure required for the installation of the “Micro” Mini Mart, a minimal guaranteed sales volume would be agreed to before placement based on the term of the agreement. A three (3) year term is requested on the Mini Mart based on the facility population. Actual sales will reduce the monthly charge. Detailed sales volume breakdowns are provided monthly with analysis provided quarterly.
